Do you want to return or exchange your sneakers? No problem!

You can exchange or return your sneakers within 14 days of receipt.

Processing:
Once your return is received in our store, we will process it within approximately 5 business days.

Please Note:

  • Catch Up is not responsible for loss during shipping.
  • Return and exchange costs are non-refundable.

Return Costs:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: €8.95
  • Germany: €9.95
  • France: €12.95

Returning in Store:
You can also exchange or return your shoes at our physical store at Steenweg 54 in Utrecht, open 7 days a week. This avoids return shipping costs and the risk of complications during shipping. Returns or exchanges in-store are also processed faster.

Price Changes
The prices of our sneakers may fluctuate. When exchanging, the price may be higher or lower than your original order due to constant market price changes.

Return Policy
Ensure your return meets the following conditions:

  • Sneakers are unworn: No creases, dirt, or signs of wear.
  • Original box is in the condition it was received.
  • All accessories included: Tags, extra laces, and other included items must remain intact.
  • Ship in an extra box: Protect the original packaging and keep your shipping receipt safe.

Cancellation Policy
Want to cancel your order? Here are the rules:

  • Within 6 hours: No additional costs.
  • After 6 hours: Shipping and payment costs will be charged. Note: For payments via Klarna, we pass on fees that we cannot recover from Klarna. These costs depend on the order amount.

Refusal Upon Delivery:
If you refuse the package upon delivery, we will charge €14.95 for shipping and payment costs.

Important Information

  • Damaged boxes or missing accessories: Returns will not be accepted.
  • Lost packages: If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, report this within 5 days. After that, we can no longer assist.

Refunds:
After receiving your return, we will refund the amount within 5-7 business days. Note: Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
